| Welcome to the group Once-upon-a-bjd! Once-upon-a-bjd is a group, where we aim to help develop our skills, when it comes to expressing our dolls. We can share the photographs we all capture, with each other. You are also able to share with each other BJD writings, as a part of our characters is writing about them, so we have a section also for that aswell! What makes this group different? Once-upon-a-bjd is about expressing your dolls personality, rather than a 'beautiful' photograph of a doll or a quick snapshot, we look for what's within. Many of us have character/personalities for our dolls, so why not challenge ourselves to make them shine out in our photographs! As mentioned above, there is a section for writing also, so if you have writen poems/descriptions about your dolls characters you can add to the gallery also  There will be challenges set in future(how regular they will be, is yet to be decided), I hope that you will find them useful. Rules and regulations: ☆ Only one submission per day, to encourage you to pick your best each day. ☆ Photographs must contain at least one BJD  ☆ Please make sure you submit your work to the appropriate folder (e.g. SD,MSD,YOSD etc). ☆ Please post your best shots, this group, is here to challenge you to try and be more creative with your photography, to make your dolls personalities shine. Some quick snap shots don't serve the purpose of putting creativity and thought into a photograph. There are no problems with the level of talent each member has in terms of photography. All this group asks is to put your best effort in, to create artistic photographs. (Please bare in mind these following things when taking a photo, and try to avoid them: Distracting backgrounds such as a messy room, lighting too dark to see the subject, or vice versa.) ☆ Artistic Nudity is appropriate, anything heavily sexually suggestive may be declined. ☆ No rude/inappropriate comments on others work. ☆ If there are any questions you would like to ask, please feel free to send a note either to the group, or to my dA  Thank you and enjoy!
